My writing desk is in the same room as the washer/dryer. I happen to enjoy folding laundry as a brain break.

I'm currently revising my first novel (upmarket "book clubby" fiction) and will rejoice and be glad when I return to querying and land an agent. When it's published, I intend to have a lavish party.

In the meantime, I have my first small collection of poetry being published (expected pub date May 2024), for which I plan to have several shimmery little parties!

I love writing poetry, fiction - flash, short, and long. I sometimes also enjoy writing lyric essay. Like many modern humans, I wear a lot of hats. Besides being a just-right-amount-of-embarrassing mom to my high schooler and 100% flawless domestic goddess for our home of six animals (three cats, three humans), I’m a freelance writer/editor/coach helping individuals and businesses tell their stories.
